Allahumma inni auzubika minal hammi wal Hazan is a dua/supplication for anxiety and sorrow. The meaning of the supplication is, ”O Allah, I seek refuge in You from grief and sadness, from weakness and from laziness, from miserliness and from cowardice, from being overcome by debt and overpowered by men (i.e. others).”
The dua is found in Hadith Sunan an-Nasa’i 5449, and the narration goes as follows:
It was narrated that Anas bin Malik said:
“The Messenger of Allah [SAW] had supplications that he never omitted to recite. He used to say: ‘Allahumma inni a’udhu bika minal-hammi, wal-hazani, wal-‘ajzi, wal-kasali, wal-bukhli, wal-jubni, wa ghalabatar-rijal (O Allah, I seek refuge with You from worry, grief, incapacity, laziness, miserliness, cowardice and being overpowered by (other) men.)”

Allaahumma ‘innee ‘a’oothu bika minal-hammi walhazani, wal’ajzi walkasali, walbukhli waljubni, wa dhala’id-dayni wa ghalabatir-rijaal
